Steps to Create a Free Blog on Blogger :
STEP 1 :Open www.blogger.com in your browser.
STEP 2 :
Click on the Sign In button. It's in the upper-right corner of the page.
Login using your Google (Gmail) account.
If you don't have a Gmail account, click on Create account. This will take you to a window where you can create a free Gmail Account.

STEP 4 :
Enter a Display name and click on Continue to Blogger.
STEP 5 :
Click On CREATE NEW BLOG
STEP 6 :
Type a title for Your Blog (you can change the title anytime in the future).
Now choose a template and click On Create Blog!.
